Multiplication is the process of repeated addition. The result of multiplication is called product.
For example: 3 x 5 = 5 + 5 +5 = 15
Multiplication is a commutative operation, that is, changing the order of the numbers does not affect the product.
For example, 6 x 3 = 18 is the same with 3 x 6 = 18.

This elementary multiplication free game for kids can be used to attract kids attention and interest to multiplication lesson.
Concept: Multiplication by tens ( 1 tens, 2 tens, 3 tens, 4 tens, 9 tens)
Materials:
Twelve pairs of cards are needed. One of each pair shows any number consists of tens (example: 60 tens). The other pair consists of its figure.
(Example: 600).
Sample Sets:

Number of players:
Two or three.
Rules:
1.The players sit in a circle.
2. One Player shuffles the first pair of cards that consists of tens, and deals four cards to each player ( three players). Players will place their cards in face up in front of them.
3. The second group of cards that consist of figures are placed face down in the centre of the table.
4. The first player picks up a card from the centre of the table, if that card matches one of the card in front of her, she pairs the two cards and put it a side.

6. They take turns to play until all the cards have been pared.
7. When a player pairs all of the cards she is the winner of the game.
8. The last player to finish the game is the loser.
In mathematics, multiplication is one of four main operations in elementary arithmetic, and most people learn basic multiplication algorithms in elementary school. The inverse of multiplication is division.
